Quick summary, my design work mostly consists of web design, logo design, print design, UX/UI design, and large format design. I have been a graphic designer for over 15 years, and an artist my whole life.

I believe every weakness is a strength in disguise, or vice versa. For someone like me who thinks creatively, it can be a challenge to communicate with those who cannot think creatively, but a challenge is not an impossibility. I believe nothing is impossible, and nobody thinks the same way. I think I get along best with people who think very differently than me because I can learn most from them and become a more dynamic person.

Another one of my strengths is my ability to work well under pressure, thanks to my time in the Marines. However, with that comes a sense of urgency, and when things get slow, it can be quite frustrating. However, I've found that keeping myself busy with many things has allowed me to become an effective multitasker.

The point I'm trying to make is that you may think that you're looking for that "perfect" person, but perfection is just a zone located within a range of possibilities, the trick is finding what zone best fits your needs. And if you think someone is weak in one area, consider the flip side, and you will find they can be a valuable asset in another area.
